		<description>I just eat it with a fork.  A little trick is to use the Trader Joe&#039;s Guacamole.  I use 2 pounds of beef, a lot of peppers, onion, chiles, garlic and some other spices.  I dump it all into the pan and mix it together as the meat browns.  After it&#039;s cooked I just dump the entire package of TJ&#039;s guacamole (both trays) and I&#039;m done.  Absolutely delicious.</description>
