		<description>SOG mentioned to me once that u have to go primal at least 3 weeks for ur body to switch over?
I should think that one week in, ur body is still going through withdrawals and cravings at any rate.</description>

Thank you! The answer to your question depends on how you defined going &quot;off&quot; the primal plan. When I first started, I would have some refried beans occasionally on the weekends. I would also have an occasional sweet potato or sweet potato fries or chips (homemade always). I also still drank pretty regularly though I switched to wine or straight liquor on the rocks. I never relapsed into grains or refined sugar that I can think of. I have since dropped the sweet potatoes beans and booze. Staying primal has never been very hard for me at all. I would argue that it has in fast been very very easy!</description>

		<description>I love the Tabata workouts- I&#039;ve been doing tabata planks (front, R side, L side) 3 rounds, 20 on 10 off as my cool down for the past few weeks. I can already feel my core getting stronger!

I&#039;m going to have to try this one though- seems like a great conditioning workout, and it&#039;s been cold here so if this means I don&#039;t have to go outside or travel to the gym, I&#039;m in!
