Past:
Well midterms are over and I did very very well. Apologies for the lack of post through the week. Over the past week we had a recipe for fudge (which I am now hopelessly addicted to by the way). We also had a difficult workout and looked at the importance of sprints in our workouts and how to incorporate them. Topped of the week with the famous bacon explosion.
Present: In the Valentines spirit, I want to take a moment and thank all the readers and commenters of the site. Anytime that someone posts a comment, I make a point to follow their link back and check out their blog as well. There are some great ones out there so I thought that for this session of link love I would list them out. No particular order and if I missed yours, I am really really sorry… please add it to the comments of this post so that others can check it out!

Future:
This next week should be interesting. I plan on having 2 recipes if I can get to both. I am also going to try to finally get the wife’s guest post up (the one she was supposed to write last week). Our exercise for beginners series is moving on to good old strength and resistance training. You know that also means a fun workout for the more experienced exercisers too. I would also like to get some heartfelt rants in that I have been holding on to if I can squeeze them in.

Thanks for the link, SoG! I don’t have a fitness blog (most of what I do is having fun with words), though I would love to write more on this and related subjects.
