When unsweetened squares are nearly melted, add rest of chocolate & vanilla, continuing to stir. When all chocolate is nearly melted, remove from heat but continue stirring until everything is smooth. 4.) Serve with your favorite fruits or with chunks of primal cheesecake! [...]

It finally cool down,

and I have to say, Mr SoG your a God. I'll be burning some spice on a primal altar tonight for you. Really, this cheese cake is awesome. Can wait for the wife to try it.

Now, I'm waiting for that bacon explosion recipe of yours to finish cooking!

Tks again for the recipes that make primal food cooking more accessible and fun!

Dana,
While I use yogurt and cream cheese and sour cream occasionally, I don't ever use milk. Maybe I would use raw milk if it were available... but i just don't have any craving or desire to use plain pasturized milk.

See, I would love to use organic milk, but I make kefir with mine and I can't find organic milk that's not ultra-pasteurized. Pasteurized is bad enough; get ultra and you might as well be drinking liquid chalk for all the nutrition that's left in the stuff. The kefir grains sure don't seem to like it. So unfortunately I use conventional milk.

TrailGrrl,
For a plain cheesecake, I would use some lemon juice and lemon zest. You would still probably need SOME kind of sweetness though. Maybe some shredded coconut or some coconut milk?

Any thoughts on a regular plain cheescake flavor? Everything tastes too sweet to me anymore, even some fruits. Had a clementine today with a co-worker and man it was so sweet. Strawberries could work though.

Hey paleo BBQ kettle chips does sound good...

Roger,
Thanks man! I am glad I can help.

Marc,
Mesquite Kettlechips? That might be a stretch. Try making my sweet potato chips and tossing them in a bbq type rub ;-)
