For this and the BNB recipe, I was wondering if you&#039;re using pre-roasted or raw almonds?  Also, are you blanching them to remove the skins or do you include the almond skins with these recipe&#039;s?

		<description>Thank you for this recipe! I made an almond butter version too. I have a huge sweet tooth, so they didn&#039;t hit the spot as much as a non-caveman cookie would have, but they were a great paleo alternative :)

They came out really well - though as someone who isn&#039;t overly fond of a heavy CARROT taste (but likes the flavor in other things) I need to either start with shredded carrot, or get a blended that can consistently get them into smaller pieces.</description>
