Past: The last week
It was a busy week. We talked about tight tights and ate some heavy metal. We had 2 recipes, one for egg salad and a warm up recipe for some crockpot cookin’. WE also talked a bit about personal responsibility and I gasped, choked sputtered and almost died through my favorite 300 test! Thank you for reading this week and thank you for all the great comments and contributions.
Present: Non health and fitness link edition
1. The Arizona Cardinals are in the Super Bowl. If I had posted this a year ago, they would have put me in an asylum.
2. Got a lot of old AOL cd’s lying around the house. Popular Science says you should make a dumbbell.
3. Stuck in a remote part of the U.S. (like me in the Southwest). See what the Jersey kids pass off for “cool” these days at Hot Chicks With Douchebags.
Future: Plan to not plan
I don’t have too concrete of a plan this week. I want to talk a little bit about ways that I would drop my grocery bill and I also have a couple recipes that I am debating which and how many to throw up this week. Stay tuned this week and we will wing it. If you have a specific topic you want addressed, hit me up at sog@sonofgrok.com.

Hey SoG,
Great stuff!
Love that hot chicks with DB’s, some funny commentary. Looks like a lot of the guys at my gym.
Your looking great in that 300 post bro! keep it up, you can inspire a lot of people.
How bout doing a post on a primal superbowl party? your recipes turn out great and their easy. I’ve got a bunch of friends coming over and I don’t want to pound down the chips and subways, But the only thing I could think of was buffalo wings, but not sure about a primal sauce.

hg – the original buffalo wings (Buffalo Chicken Wings, the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York 1964) were made from pretty basic ingredients: Cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, liquid margarine, salt, spices and garlic.
Bet u could modify that to ur liking!
