Past: The Past Week
We had the Primal Peach Patty recipe. I am still not 100% happy with it though but I think I am on to some improvements to try for everyone soon. We also took a quick but true look at Pumping Iron and the 70’s bodybuilding elite. Celebration is always good and its great when we can celebrate something as small as being able to put on your own socks! Also, I quit Chapstick which is working out better than it ever thought!
Present: Link Luvin
1. At Darwins Table takes a look at Thermoregulation and Weight Loss.
2. Fitness Black Book debunks some of the hype around stretching.
3. Zen to Fitness hits me where it hurts with 7 reasons to cut back on the booze.
Future: Coming soon to an SoG blog near you
We are going to take a look at the advantages (if any) of wearing tight clothing. The fact that they make spandex that size doesn’t necessarily mean people should wear it! I think its also about time we start doing a favorite around my house, some crockpot cooking. We have identified recently why you should not be drinking soda pop or even diet soda pop and now we are going to look at why you might be unwittingly eating the can. Chances are that you are eating too much aluminum… sounds yummy huh? Who knows what else may pop up. Stay tuned.
Thanks for reading and thank you for all the awesome comments!

SoG,
I can’t wait to read the spandex article. That should be very entertaining! In my opinion, too tight of clothing is bad as is baggy clothing. Guys look best dressing in tailored clothes that fit, like Daniel Craig in James Bond. Women look great in snug, but not super tight clothing…Megan Fox style
Good stuff!
Thanks for the link to my post,
Rusty

Andrew,
Anytime. I forsee some link love in your near future too.
Rusty,
Of course tailored clothes look great, they were made for the person! I always have a hard time finding clothes that fit nicely off the shelfs. The clothing industry seems to think that everyone that is 6′4″ is a XXL or XXXL. Here I am needing a long large(they are all too short.
