Bad news from this weekend: I did not post any new content. Sorry.
Good news from this weekend: The SoG got a new upright freezer to store his 1/4 of a grass fed cow in and a new hot tub to assist with relaxation and recovery!
I hope everyone enjoyed the posts that did get up last week. This week is still holiday craziness but we will get at least a couple posts up. I apologize for the lack of content lately.. I do forsee an improvement after the holiday craziness.

Enjoy your quarter side of grass fed beef and new freezer. If you don’t have them already, I highly recommend Shannon Hayes’ cookbooks, The Grassfed Gourmet, and The Farmer and the Grill. Jo Robinson’s Pasture Perfect is good, too.
