Just had to drop a quick tangent in here. Mark Sisson had a great post on Oprah’s weight gain. The infamous SuperMike (The super ripped primal paleo amazingman) put together this photo of Mark riding in on his white stallion to save Oprah. The pic is just too good for me no to share so check out the link here.

I think we need to keep this pic circulating. Maybe it can be displayed as a sorta badge for primal sites or something! Good stuff.
