SOG,

It's an awesome one right??
I've now gotten to the point where I bust out 20 pullups at the start (breath about 10-15 sec and do another 5), do the remaining exercises without stopping going for all the reps. and then coems that last set of pull ups......it goes soemthing like this. 3...close to vomitting...2 more....close to crying....2 more. rest a full 20 seconds. going for 5 more.....only 1 comes off the right way. Well you get the picture.....it royally kicks my behind.

I recently saw one for the 500. Got it off Rusty FBB site. It's one the Turbulance training videos link.

Have a great week!!

Now that I've looked at the photo again, your arms are definitely more defined and I believe bigger as well. Especially the one holding the, uh, spear. Maybe get a "shield" to hold in the other one next time so it is balanced. Or be a two-bladed warrior like Legolas.

Andrew,
You start at the beginning and end at the end lol. So you do 25 pull-ups then go to 50 deadlifts then to 50 pushups etc. If you need a rest, you take a 10 second rest and then keep going. So maybe I will do 20 pull-ups and then 10 second rest then 15 pullups then 10 second rest then 15 more and then switch to deadlifts. The better you get, the less rests you take and the faster it goes. I obviously take too many rests because I can't get through everything in time... but getting better.

SoG,

I'm a little fuzzy on this challenge. I get that you've got 20 minutes to get through all of the exercises, but do you have to do all the workouts in a row? Do you have to do all the pull ups at once then rest and then onto deadlifts? Just curious cause I want to try this

All the Best,

Oh shit, don't laugh. I was just thinking that your belly was hairy and that's why you can't see the details. You look leaner and more muscular to me, particularly in the arms.

The spear is great! Not so sure about the cape...hahahahaha

I think you need to go to one of those Renaissance festivals and get some serious props (talk about some blades!) for your photo shoots.
