Real quick post here. Just got home from one of those long exhausting days in a along exhausting week. Mark Sisson posted a preview to his upcoming comprehensive guide to the Primal Blueprint. Definitely worth a look and I am buying the book the second it comes out.

SOG, you have my girlfriend to thank that you have not received the Starfruit yet. She had the packages, did not mail them as she thought they were too sour. She told me I couldn’t send sour ones. Because the really sweet ones are such a treat and I might turn you off of them forever if I sent the sour ones.
So…farmers market tomorrow morning….hopefully sweet specimens abound…shipping to happen Monday.
