		<description>TrailGrrl.
Breathe! I could see that happening. I breathe with a count as I do them. I find that this helps me keep track of how long I have been doing the plank and also makes me breathe.

<description>I&#039;d like to look into a vest for trailrunning, but right now it&#039;s cold outside so no real room for a vest on top of a vest.

Planks... man oh man are they hard. My biggest problem is that I hold my breath and then make myself work way harder than I need to. I tend to do that on any static exercises, and also on pushups, pullups, and things like tire pulling or bear crawls.

		<description>Andrew,
I love my weighted vest. I actually plan on doing a post about it in the near future. I decided to go the weighted vest route when my body weight exercises became to easy with just my body weight. The vest is a good way to keep these exercises difficult.
I don&#039;t actually go to a meat market (aka a gym) I have my home gym and workout outside when I can, making body weight exercises essential!
I think of it as living in the shoes of a heavier Grok for a short time.

<description>Jump rope and planks are definitely a part of my workouts currently. I&#039;ve never really gotten a definitive answer on the idea of weighted vests. What made you decide to start using the weighted vests?

Thanks for the post!

All the Best,
